  Het team Strategy & Research verricht onderzoek ten behoeve van (voorgenomen) investeringen en levert de onderbouwing voor beleggingsstrategieën, bijvoorbeeld de Outlook 2021-2023. Ook de thema’s ESG en Innovatie worden vertaald in beleid en geïmplementeerd. Kernthema’s zijn o.a. leefbaarheid, betaalbaarheid van wonen voor specifieke doelgroepen, sociale interactie en cohesie, mixed-use, service- en mobiliteitsconcepten voor gebruikers, terugdringen van de CO2-uitstoot en klimaatadaptatie. Met de volgende onderwerpen hield ik mij o.a. bezig: aankoopvoorstellen, Outlook 2021-2023, visie op deelmobiliteit, ESG, leefbaarheid, doelgroepen en de ontwikkeling van innovatieve strategieën ten behoeve van gezonde, veilige, aantrekkelijke en toekomstbestendige woon- en leefomgevingen.
