  1. Planning - To develop strategic short/long term plans for the geographical/languages areas assigned to me and submit regular reports of the overall ministry. - To help the Resource and Ministry Development Assistants to prepare their yearly, quarterly and monthly plan of actions in the light of the overall objectives of the ministry. - To prepare the annual budget for my area. 2. Monitoring - Responsible to see that the Resource and Ministry Development Assistants are achieving their targets as per the plan and also to help them to achieve their targets. - Required to supervise those who are working with me, including determining workloads and schedules. 3. Public Relation - Maintain close relationship with all churches and Christian organizations in my area. - Speak in churches and Christian meetings. - Form net works and relationships for the future development. - Create/maintain co-operation with churches/Christian organization; relationship with Government and develop public relation in area of ministry. 4. Others - Taking Bible Study for different groups from different Churches/Denominations - Ensure that all projects are carried out in accordance with the organization’s policies and practices and with terms of the memorandum of understanding. - Conduct regular training for all the volunteers of my area. 5. Social work - Conduct medical camps - Develop relationship with other organizations working for the social causes and extend the helping hand towards them. - Helping few organizations voluntarily those working for under privileged children and widows.
