I had the privilege to work with Dipak at Zoetis. I am in a commercial role but found it important to be informed on the status of R&D projects that may impact my region. Dipak provided these updates to me with clarity and at important milestone achievements. While Dipak is an excellent scientist, he was able to discuss his projects in a manner that was understandable for me, a non-scientist. He was able to provide me with updates and solicit my feedback on whether the project would still deliver value to our customers and the marketplace. I appreciated his consultative style and passion for his work.

In working with Dipak while at Pfizer Animal Health, I found Dipak to be creative and a solution provider. Specially, Dipak was an R&D colleague with whom I would collaborate to determine potential value of specific projects. As it relates to those projects, I'll comments on two specific characteristics that Dipak demonstrated. First of all, he was diligent at keeping key internal stakeholders including myself up to speed on the status of the project. Secondly, Dipak routinely facilitated meetings to review the project management related activities associated with the project. I gladly recommend Dipak.
