   I have 4 year experience in purchase department (ORIENT KAGAZ CONVERTER PVT LTD COMPANY ) Where my job role is Receiving PURCHASE REQUISITIONS from all department after receiving PR first cross check the material (As per mentioned on P.R) from store department. LOOKING SOURCE OF SUPPLIER and send RFQ to different supplier. receiving rfq review of quotation & negotiation .Select vendor, generate P.O. for order and regular follow up with vendor till received the material. After receiving the material inspection of INCOMING material after checking send material to store department with GRN and clear the invoice payment OF material. Maintain record of purchase material including cost analysis and update all order detail in ERP tally software & M.S .EXCEL (e.g. vendors list, material quantity, prices).Preparing monthly agenda for the stores review meeting analysis of bill pending, live purchase order.
