I’ve worked with a lot of ‘technical managers’ over the years. However, I have never met a senior manager who possesses such a deep and detailed knowledge of the applications and systems that their team supports as Dipak does. Dipak was an inspiration to me whilst working at Cubic, to the point where I found myself ‘wanting’ to learn more about the technical side of things. Dipak is a natural leader, rather than a manager, who leads by example, and never asks anything of his team that he is not prepared to do, or has not done himself. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dipak and I would warmly welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
