Personally, ● I have joined the Implementation Team of the International Standards & Guidelines Working Group which has developed 11 evidence-based Best Practice Recommendations to be implemented in low and middle income countries to improve surgical quality, safety, access, and affordability. I help guide the piloting and roll out of these recommendations to improve trauma care in Ethiopia. ● I produce publications and make presentations about trauma care in Ethiopia, manage editorial relationships with journals, and have close mentorship through the International Standards & Guidelines working group as well as the G4 Alliance leadership.
