The aim of this project is to establish new antibodies to analyse the physical binding and in-situ association among specific proteins using immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, and proximity ligation assays.

  LabPON is a pathology laboratory that conducts research on tissues and cells to obtain information and make a diagnosis to advise on the patient's treatment plan. The focus of this project was on brain tumors. The aim was to give an indication about the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment for patients with a brain tumor using the techniques Fluorescent in Situ Hybridization, Next Generation Sequencing and Methylation specific PCR.
