During the time that Dionis was under my charge, I was heartened to be able to witness her progress by leaps and bounds. A fast learner backed by a strong analytical mind, she often take the rigour of investigating and investing in a well thought-through plan before approaching her seniors/manager. What I admire about Dionis is her willingness to always approach new endeavours with an open mind and the willingness to navigate new ways of working as she charts the best way forward. She takes on new challenges in great strides and is always willing to step out of her comfort zone in a bid to better herself. I often forget how young Dionis is as she possesses such great maturity and calm composure beyond her years. A notable illustration - Dionis had to take on a very steep learning curve with the sudden departure of her line manager and had to step up to added responsibilities above her expected KPIs and rapidly navigate the challenges of new briefs and projects outside her exposure and comfort zone. I don’t know anyone that’s as unassumingly quiet yet as courageous as Dionis and I look forward to many more great things from her!

      In January 2014, as part of Nanyang Technological University's student internship programme, I was shortlisted and chosen to have my internship at McCann Worldgroup (McCann Health). With a BS.c in Biological Sciences but interest in advertising and marketing, McCann Health gave me a great opportunity to expand my horizon and allowed me to generate vast interest in healthcare advertising. Although I was fresh out of college with no prior experience, I am a fast learner and adapts well. During my internship, I was already given the role of an Account Executive and was managing clients independently. My main account was Infant Nutrition (Local markets adaptations). Throughout my 6 months of internship, I have helped to develop and launch several eDAs, apps, print ads and advertorials for several brands.
