I was one of the two employees tasked with registering patients in the ER. I worked 12 hour shifts overnight in which I accurately registered on average 80+ patients a night. Registering patients included but was not limited to personal information such as addresses, primary care providers, insurance, insurance verification, and collecting copays. I was one of the few Registrars that regularly hit my goals with both selfpay and insurance copays from month to month.
