  As a natural progression of my intern role from GHD, combined with staff changes before/during the COVID19 pandemic, my Graduate position at GHD required me to pick up Fire Engineering design, business development and construction skills very quickly to fill the void left behind as a result.Although the learning curve has been steep at times, I grabbed the opportunity with both hands. So far, I have been directly responsible for bringing in projects, delivering projects from concept to completion of construction and so much more in between.I have had big wins along the way at my time in GHD, however I take most pride in being part of changing the way my team thinks of and does their job, bringing fresh insight and a productive culture into the office everyday.
