I was SO lucky to hear about Dino from the liquidator who was clearing out my parents' house. I live in Maui and my folks had been in their San Francisco home for 50 years. It was so full of art and other collectibles I was considering letting it go as-is to avoid the hassle of repairs and cleaning (and the commission.) But when I met Dino I was so charmed by his demeanor that I signed right away. He explained how special the house and neighborhood was . He had all the contacts for flooring, painting, window repairs, locksmith, gardening ,cleaning, hauling and staging. The workers all loved working with him so they got things done super fast and for better prices than I could find. I didn't have to stay in town organizing all of that. Best of all, the house looked so good it sold for $1million OVER asking-a 53% increase and closed escrow in less than a month! I was so happy to show Mom how nice her old place turned out and what a great job Dino and his associate Ryan Richard did selling it. Things went so smoothly and turned out way better than I could have imagined.
