I was SO lucky to hear about Dino from the liquidator who was clearing out my parents' house. I live in Maui and my folks had been in their San Francisco home for 50 years. It was so full of art and other collectibles I was considering letting it go as-is to avoid the hassle of repairs and cleaning (and the commission.) But when I met Dino I was so charmed by his demeanor that I signed right away. He explained how special the house and neighborhood was . He had all the contacts for flooring, painting, window repairs, locksmith, gardening ,cleaning, hauling and staging. The workers all loved working with him so they got things done super fast and for better prices than I could find. I didn't have to stay in town organizing all of that. Best of all, the house looked so good it sold for $1million OVER asking-a 53% increase and closed escrow in less than a month! I was so happy to show Mom how nice her old place turned out and what a great job Dino and his associate Ryan Richard did selling it. Things went so smoothly and turned out way better than I could have imagined.

Dino Zuzic was my friend's agent during her first house buying experience many years back. The sentiment was so positive that I consciously stored him in the back of my mind for when the time came for my husband and I to buy our first home. Our experience was flawless from the day we first connected with Dino until the day we got our keys. Every interaction was professional, sincere, and above all we felt as though we were his #1 priority. He's one of San Francisco's top agents and extremely busy but he always made the time to answer questions and connect with us and was 100% present. His knowledge of the market is unmatched. His integrity and tenacity to push through the most adverse circumstances is what makes him unique and incredibly successful. He negotiated a fantastic deal for us in a sought after neighborhood. He was truly our partner and took ownership and moved with urgency however with poise and grace where it never felt like your typical "salesy" tactics. His network is deep! He surrounds himself with the best in the industry from brokers, designers, to all kinds of vendors you wouldn't even think he knows. He put us in touch with everyone who we needed to connect with during our buying journey and we had a pleasant experience with each and every one of them. I know that even today I can pick up the phone and ask him about anything and he's always willing to help. What agent can you say that about?! not too many. I can't say enough good things about him and his skillset and his ability to negotiate a great deal. If we decide to sell this home or buy a new one, Dino will be our first phone call. Thanks for everything, Dino!
