- Management of department of 250+ members and all musical ensembles in the department - Demonstrated Catholic Graduate Expectations by providing performance opportunities which include Liturgical Choir, Junior Band, Senior Band, Jazz Band, Chamber Choir, Junior Guitar Ensemble and Senior Guitar Ensemble, - Demonstrated project based learning experiences with Art and Drama through art displays at concerts and providing a musical ensemble to perform with dramatic productions - Consistently applied principles of Universal design for learning and differentiated instruction in my lessons to help all students succeed - Actively involved in Concerts, Festivals and trips every year - Have recorded and put out many recordings of the bands
