  1) Fully responsible on general accounting matters, office administration and human resources. 2) Responsible for office staffs general and travelling claims (local and overseas), issuing in and out payment of cheques and TT transfer, and updating transactions into 2 different accounting system which are UBS Accounting System and Exchequer Accounting System (United Kingdom Accounting Software System) 3) Prepare Payment Vouchers, Cash Vouchers, Purchase Order and Biils for the transactions incurring in the office and do appropriate filing works. 4) Responsible for registration and submission of GST tax filing for company. 5) Calculation of Monthly Company Income, Debit Notes, Bank Reconciliation 6) Check staff attendance from the system from time to time to track their performance, responsible for panel and non panel staff medical claims 7) Responsible for the all daily dispatch in the office, maintain and updating all office administrative and account routine work 8) Assisting to ensure all staffs are adhered to human resource and administrative policy, updating and reporting staff database. 9) Assist company secretary,auditor & tax agent in preparation on finalized report and SSM lodgement.
