BSSC (Business Startup Support Centre) was established in 2011 as a non-profit organization that provides support for Vietnamese startups and SMEs. Its support services and activities are mainly in finance, incubator, accelerator, and training. After 11 years, BSSC has grown to be one of the largest startup hubs in Vietnam, with an active and close-knit community of more than 10,000 startups & SMEs in Vietnam. Youth For Chance Club is a skilled club under the Students' Association of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City that operates with the principle of creating a dynamic training environment and equipping the essential skills for students, which focusing mainly is on English and leadership skills. My responsibility are:- Organizing, mobilizing and coordinating the staff, event participants, and administrators for events of the club. - Organizing activities to welcome new members.- Reporting data after events.- Establishing rules and regulations within the organization - Cooperated with members to organize useful programs for more than 1000 students at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. - Launching meaningful activities for students in HCMC such as 3 webinar, 1 camp, 6 online sharing. YFC Youth Leaders Camp - Unleash Your Potential is a social project for students run by Youth For Chance. With the mission of improving Leadership and English for students, YFC Youth Leaders Camp (Y2LC) was born as a brainchild on the journey to fulfill that mission.Main responsibilities:- Planning the overall plan for the YFC Youth Leaders Camp (Y2LC)- Coordinating and working with guest speakers for building the outline program, the content direction.- Marking the application form and interviewing campers- Estimating risks for activities, and events, proposing risk management options; and planning and ensuring the smoothness of Y2LC.Key results:- Organize 4 workshops and 3 official camp days on Leadership topics. Besides that, we have organized team-building activities and international exchange.- With an attendance of 32 youth who is the leader of other clubs and projects.- Widen networking with bonding activities with our campers from many universities in HCM city.
