The major part of my role, as part of a small team, was to undertake on-site, holistic reviews of CGI's Business Units and report the observations to the Corporate Management Team. The reviews examined all aspects of the business i.e. Sales, Finance, HR, Delivery, Quality etc. with the aim of highlighting areas of improvement and best practices that could be shared with others. I was the sole Finance team member and participated in 25 such reviews in 14 countries.The second part of my role was to create a credible M&A pipeline for CGI's UK business. Show less

My main achievements were:• Implemented a centralised cash reporting and funding process across all countries • Reduced six pooling and banking arrangements to a single banking partner across Europe and Asia • Seamlessly transferred the whole function from Europe back to the Corporate HQ in Canada
