I was hired to streamline the Cadastral Department where I implemented changes that resulted in jobs being closed off in a timely manner which resulted in clients getting their surveys completed in the shortest possible time and ensuring that our company made a profit on the jobs. Clients also came to me for advice with regards to cadastral surveying and also the Town and Country Planning Division Approval process.
