Dinesh is like the Swiss army knife of a typical IT services and solutions company. His skills are unparalleled in man and material management, customer interactions and account management. His ability to take information from a meeting or a discussion, Ideate it into a project and then sub divide it into tasks, match it to personnel skill sets have been an asset when working with him. My role in the Synaptris organization was to interact with customers , ideate on projects and get requirements. I leaned heavily on Dinesh to develop these project ideas into a project plan, match it to the skill sets of personnel, coordinate the development, deliver it on time with quality. I credit part of my success with clients to the skills of Dinesh's role in delivery. Dinesh also has an eye for design and his inputs in UI design for usability were sought after when ideating a design.
