I worked with Dinesh for a few months when I was the acting E-mail Service Manager. Dinesh was a big help to me when I need to escalate a client issue, get the issue sent to another team or just for general questions since I was new to the environment and service. Dinesh exhibited improvements in his initiative and leadership which often helped resolve problems more quickly and result in client satisfaction.
