Dina is a truly collaborative leader who builds consensus across teams by breaking down organizational silos while remaining on target with larger organizational objectives. Her management style invites others to genuinely feel their contributions are respected and embraced and Dina is able to demonstrate her tremendous marketing knowledge and experience by mentoring others to find the leader within themselves. I have personally worked with Dina on projects that have had local and global scope and I have always appreciated her willingness to listen and encourage me to push myself to do my best work. Dina has tremendous marketing leadership expertise that centers the customer experience and Dina ensures this focus is never lost.

When I came to work at SAS, there were no "product marketing" titles. Dina was the first marketer to bridge the content gap between the business message and technical capabilities. As the second unofficial product marketing manager, she and I - from different teams - worked together on the first marketing plans. Later, I worked for her under the Marketing Programs team. On this team, we created and drove the Go-to-market plans, Launch plans, Positioning documents, and other infrastructure that supported product marketing for years to come. Dina excels as all she does. She doesn't just execute on a pre-defined job, she makes things happen. She supports and enables her team members to do their best and to lead in their area of expertise.
