Con il contributo 8x1000 dell'Unione Buddista Italiana (UBI), nell'anno scolastico 2019/2020 è stato attivato il progetto Viaggio attraverso la conoscenza di se stessi che porta nelle scuole i nostri esperti di Yoga e meditazione e consente a bambini e adolescenti di fare un'esperienza autentica di queste discipline. Il progetto coinvolge sette classi di scuole primarie e quattro classi di scuole superiori dislocate in diversi comuni dell'area amiatina. On Saturday and Sunday October 19-20, 2019, the Fondazione per la Salutogenesi ONLUS in Bologna hosted the first module of the Harmonious Breathing Course led by Dina Priymak. The following modules will be held on November 9-10, and November 30-December 1. The students were enthusiastic about Dina Priymak’s competence, kindness, sympathy and attention to the needs of every student and who was available, between one module and another, to receive questions and supervise the practice.
