Prepare post campaign reports such as Thank you letters, broadcasting certificates, and Proof of Posting. 14. Liaise with the script writer, production and printing house and issue the Purchase Orders accordingly. 15. Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis reports for both Seagulls Broadcast & Seagulls Out of Home. 16. Prepare weekly achievement reports on occupancy and revenue for the use of management. 17. Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and campaigns. 18. Review and coordinate with marketing department on media kit updates. 19. Ensure all documents including contracts and media plans are filed properly. 20.
