Working with Dina is an absolute pleasure. I had the occasion to be sharing an office with her for around 2 years. We have been involved together in a challenging reorganization and holocracy transition companywide project and we have been part of inter-connected PM-PMO teams for the best part of a year. Dina has an eye for the detail, she is incredibly proactive, curious and resourceful. She has amazing people skills in interviewing people and coordinating team members for complex endeavours, in a thoughtful and considerate way. Dina's spot on operational and organizational skills are essential in any position she will hold. Her focus on eco-friendly and sustainable solutions are clearly a core value and drove her to build one of the biggest Sustainability community on social media, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in an impressively short period of time. Any employer will be lucky to have Dina join their organization.

I worked with Dina in the EIT Climate-KIC Business Desk, which manages the organisation’s end–to-end grant management cycle of a portfolio of climate innovation activities (circa 100m EUR). Dina was a pleasure to work with, and brought to the team a keen and enquiring mind to simultaneously focus on the nitty gritty detail while holding the bigger picture of what we were trying to achieve. She dove right into the varied and often frantic workload, multi-tasking to organise and deliver complex improvement projects while collaborating with the rest of the team to deliver grant management operations for the business. Dina always brought an eye for communication and service-orientation to our work which was especially useful for a business-wide service desk! I would wholeheartedly commend Dina to any organisation - and particularly one that sees itself as a complex, innovative and learning organisation.

Cool Boulder is a long-term campaign launched by the City of Boulder in partnership with local residents and organizations like Zero Foodprint, with the goal of regenerating Boulder's agricultural and natural ecosystems, making our community cooler, healthier, and better able to withstand wildfires, floods, and a more volatile climate. Cool Boulder and Zero Foodprint are partnering with the local Food and Beverage industry via a “1% for the Climate” pledge to help support local farmers in their transition to renewable farming practices. Funds help farmers transition/expand regen agriculture practices and improve soil health, water retention, yield, and the nutrient value of the food we eat while removing emissions from the atmosphere. As a Program Manager, my role is to help grow business participation and community awareness for Cool Boulder. Show less
