• Construction of Tunnel of about 5 km with 9.8m diameter TBM. • Participated in assembling the TBM S-896 (Herren knecht) it includes assembling cutter head, main drive, Front shield, Middle shield, Tail skin, screw conveyor and all back-up gantries. • Commissioned the TBM coordinating with the manufacturer after completing the assembly. • Understanding the problem through the circuit diagrams and makes it rectify. • Preparing the full reports of Tunneling process like TBM Operations Sheet, Shift reports, Ring building protocol, Consumption control file. • Control of HK spare parts and cutter head tools for TBM. • Controlling mucks which excavated from TBM for every shift and making reports.
