Working alongside the clinical research analysis team showed me first hand the amount of work that goes into developing a protocol and the years of research required, specifically working on stage 4 studies. At Novartis, I was able to develop my analysis skills when studying past studies, protocols and guidelines. l was then given the chance to draft my own protocol for one of the upcoming studies!
