  Ticketing's department main role is to issue tickets for Non Iata travel agencies .The department services approximately 120 travel agencies. Along with sales management we determine the commercial policy for each agency. I also supervise the work of the department and the customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Some of my additional duties include: handling of ADM’S (agency debit memos),distribution of airline’s promotional fares to associated travel agencies, daily check of correct pricing and ticketing of issued tickets .
