As I was fulfilling my military service, due to my civil engineering degree, I was assigned to the engineering corps. There, I was part of a team with other engineers, and every day we had to make cost analyses for military projects, draw plans in AutoCAD for new projects, as well as oversee the construction as graduate supervisors. At IdealKlima, my responsibilities included purchasing cost-effective cooling and heating equipment as well as installing underfloor heating in any type of space (home, industry, hotel). Also, after one month at this job, I was assigned to the support department, where I had to talk with clients that had any kind of malfunction in their installation and help them either by phone on how to fix the malfunction or by scheduling an appointment with our technicians.
