  Copper tubes division • Plan and prioritize operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay. • Planning & Scheduling of more than 850 SKUs (highest contribution margin products) using Asprova APS with make to order principle. • Αchieved 5,5% and 5,2% increase in OTIF in the period 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 respectively while at the same time inventory and inventory days remained within target. • Effective communication with production when it's needed to reschedule optimally as a response to any production issue. • Key person between Production and Sales Department ensuring customer demands were met. • Collaborate with procurement on vendor issues. • Development of Lead Time KPI for finished products. This indicator was developed on QlikView BI tool and reported directly to upper management. • Managing the implementation of Job Shop Scheduling Optimization Algorithm. Target of the project was to minimize the number of setups per schedule, increasing capacity utilization. • Project manager for running D.M.A.I.C. methodology and lean tools.
