Copper tubes division• Plan and prioritize operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay.• Planning & Scheduling of more than 850 SKUs (highest contribution margin products) using Asprova APS with make to order principle.• Αchieved 5,5% and 5,2% increase in OTIF in the period 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 respectively while at the same time inventory and inventory days remained within target.• Effective communication with production when it's needed to reschedule optimally as a response to any production issue.• Key person between Production and Sales Department ensuring customer demands were met.• Collaborate with procurement on vendor issues.• Development of Lead Time KPI for finished products. This indicator was developed on QlikView BI tool and reported directly to upper management.• Managing the implementation of Job Shop Scheduling Optimization Algorithm. Target of the project was to minimize the number of setups per schedule, increasing capacity utilization.• Project manager for running D.M.A.I.C. methodology and lean tools. This led to achieve 4% decrease in earliness of final products.
