ITtT stands for International Train the Trainers conference. The conference brings AIESECers from all over the world in one place to develop their training skills or to learn how to be a professional one. The vision of the conference is to teach people to become trainers and facilitators through couching and progressive sessions. More than 50 delegates from more than 15 countries attended this event. It was an honor for me to couch and facilitate one of the top Executive Members and Presidents from various countries.

The NGO sector in Serbia is relatively young, as most organizations are created after 2000, while the quarter was established before 1990. The circumstances of developing civil society, getting closer to the government sector, the appearance of the European Union as an important partner are just some of the things that impose a rapid development of this sector in our country. However, the main obstacle we face is - how to achieve sustainable development of civil society in Serbia. The problem that we have focused on – financial instability and problems with the organizational structure and project management influence attenuation of impact that NGO sector creates in our society. Our vision is empowerment NGOs to develop their internal processes in order to increase positive impact that they have in our society, so their work can be recognized and supported by environment, as well achieving financial sustainability of NGOs. Event: TEDx Zemun ED, September 13th 2014. TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world. TEDx are independent TED-like events, which can be organized by anyone who obtains a free license from TED, agreeing to follow certain principles. TEDxZemunED was held on September 13, 2014. At our unique event in Serbia, TEDxZemunED, through a combination of TED talks footage and talks delivered live, we wanted to start a comprehensive discussion, as well as connect people and facilitate debates in small groups. Our goal was to change the environment and exchange knowledge, ideas and opinions with its other members.
