Dimitri worked for me as Digital Channel Manager and was the key driving force in delivering some of the great digital innovations to come out of Kiwibank. He was the business owner for the total replatforming and redesign of the internet banking channel and our public website - which at the time was the biggest tech project since the launch of the bank. It went on to win global and national awards for its customer-centric UI. He also led the team building the prototype for our multi-award winning Home Hunter app - that used digital and data to redefine how Kiwis buy homes . Dimitri is great leader and his strengths lie in his ability to build great teams and deliver amazing results. He possesses incredible drive and resiliency, is always a master of the detail and puts the customer at the centre of whatever he does. Plus he's an all-round awesome guy!

I've known and worked with Dimitri during his various roles at Kiwibank over the last 10 years. I've always been impressed with his ability to navigate the complexities of stakeholder management - governance, steering committees, the business, users and suppliers. He has the people skills to keep everyone happy, the technical understanding to act as a translator between parties, and the drive to make sure that real results are delivered. Dimitri is a positive, practical, problem solver. He gets things done. And on top of that he's a nice guy!
