IT Support Technician
-
Nov 2014 - Oct 2016
For my sandwich-course/cooperative education, I had the opportunity to be IT Technician at Amazon, based in Lauwin-Planque.I was tasked with deploying and maintening the IT infrastructure on site (laptops, printers, scanners...). I was the first line for the support services (ticketing) needed by other teams in the building, where I did my best to resolve the issues.I also had the opportunity to be involved in differents and more technical projects, like the flip of ISP or adding/replacing some servers inside the MDF, all of this without any production outage.Technology used : Linux (RHEL/Amazon Linux), Windows (7/10/2008R2/2012R2), laser printers, CISCO (switches/Access points), HyperV/Xen, Dell/Lenovo/HP laptop, IP phones, Nagios monitoring, ticketing and inventory interfaces, DNS/DHCP.
