I took part in a fast-paced rotational programme between the main divisions of the bank. During the first part of my internship, I worked with corporate clients. I performed financial analysis on some of the largest companies in the region. The key objective was to determine their credit rating and eligibility for different types of financing. I also assisted my colleagues in restructuring and refinancing of under-performing loans. I spent the second part of my internship with the retail team. I worked directly with clients on opening/closing of accounts.
