  Job responsibilities:- maintenance, tuning and support of server hardware (basically Hewlett Packard Enterprise) in two large data-centers- working with HPE OneView: monitoring of server status, managing profiles, reporting;- registering cases and communicating with the server hardware support team;- Virtual Connect tuning, communicatiing with network engineers;- monitoring and updating firmware versions of server hardware- replacing HDD and modules in HPE 3PAR, Teradata- keeping record of equipment in MS Excel (serial number, part number, IP, users and passwords, etc.).
