For over six months, I had the pleasure to work together with Dilyana on developing a completely new product vertical at Humanoo. In that context, Dilyana was the project leader and acted as the major business stakeholder for me as a Product Owner. Within a very short amount of time, Dilyana innovated a sustainable business and pricing model for the new product vertical, set up operational processes, created a network of professional coaches from scratch, took over contractual work with external development agencies and service providers, supported in defining legal product requirements and significantly engaged in stakeholder management. Furthermore, her ability to quickly understanding technology related trade-offs and advice in decision-making, always having the customer and business-value in mind, were unique. During my collaboration with Dilyana, her dedication and strong ownership, her supportive and team-focused nature, her organisation and communication skills, her strategic thinking, her willingness to constantly learn as well as her ability to extremely quickly think herself into completely new contexts stood out to me. I am very grateful to have worked together with Dilyana and can state with full confidence that she has been a major factor for the success of the new product vertical and thus the success of Humanoo. Both, from a personal and professional perspective, Dilyana is an extraordinary additional to any team. It was my pleasure to have Dilyana join Badger Maps this summer as a Business Development Intern where she quickly came up to speed becoming a huge asset to the team. During her time with the company, Dilyana successfully took on great responsibility on the team. Dilyana's communication and interpersonal skills helped increase sales and drove marketing results for the team. She did a great job at our company with her in-depth knowledge of PR, PPC & SEO, content marketing, strategic messaging and branding. Dilyana secured valuable media placements for Badger Maps across a variety of platforms. She also succeeded in obtaining new leads and connections Badger was formerly unaware of. Dilyana has the unique ability to approach marketing analytically, and also tactically. By that I mean Dilyana can get stuff done independently and effectively - and that's what's important at a startup. Dilyana is open to new experiences, takes direction well and is willing to roll up her sleeves and jump into new projects without hesitation. She is a quick learner and a fast worker, executing each task accurately and within set deadlines. Dilyana is driven and hardworking, and her skills were complemented by her careful attention to detail. She consistently produced results that exceeded expectations. It's also worth mentioning that her English language skills are excellent. Dilyana’s enthusiasm and ability to get things done make her invaluable to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a driven, smart and talented person to join their team.
