We worked at Laugfs together and unlike most other finance professionals he is very business oriented hence there’s always a greater alignment of the finance to the business. He is technically highly competent, very detail oriented with highest level of integrity. Good Luck for a Fabulous future Dilshan !

Have known Dilshan since 2005. At John Keells Holdings PLC, he was chosen to follow the leadership development program conducted off-site in three modules by Rubicon Learning Systems from Gurgaon, India. He was the Finance Manager of Ceylon Cold Stores PLC a subsidiary of JKH PLC. Dilshan was chosen to follow this program based on his performance and leadership potential. He completed the program. Participated well and got along well with participants from other divisions of the group. As the Senior Vice President, Group Head of Learning & Development, I was on site when the program was run and was able to observe the participants of the program during and after the sessions on site. I used to evaluate post training project presentations at Hirdramani Group of Companies. At that time Dilshan was the CFO of that group. He too was on the panel of evaluation with me. I found that the feed back given to the participants was insightful and encouraged them to move forward in their journey of learning and development. He had the makings of a good mentor. A few years ago as part of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors’ faculty we had discussions with the top management team at Laugfs group of companies. As their GFD he played an active role in these discussions on tailor making a board leadership program for them. Dilshan still keeps in touch with me on professional matters. He is interested in good governance.
