Graduated from Istanbul University Conservatory Violin department BA degree in Economics from Bogazici University Diplôme d’accès aux études universitaires from Sorbonne Paris 1 In 2001, she produced Ahmet Ulucay’s “Boats out of Watermelon Rinds” which won 13 awards in several international festivals including Best Director in San Sebastian. Founded Karma Films in 2003 and line produced several feature films including “Charlie’s Angels” (Elizabeth Banks / Sony Pictures), “Inferno” (Ron Howard / Sony Pictures), Taken 2 (Olivier Megaton /Europacorp), The Reluctant Fundamentalist (Mira Nair / Cine Mosaic), The International (Tom Tykwer / Sony Pictures), Narrow Frame of Midnight (Tala Hadid / Autonomous UK) and many others as well as documentaries and over 200 commercials. In 2018, she produced Sundance winner “Butterflies” by Tolga Karacelik with another 30+ awards. Recently co-produced a feminist thriller called “The Hunt” by Emre Akay, a black comedy digital series “I, Bartu” by Tolga Karacelik and “Between Two Dawns” by Selman Nacar premiered in San Sebastian FF and won Torino IFF Best Film as well as several others. Currently developing & producing diverse content for digital platforms, producing Selman Nacar's next film "Hesitation Wound", Tolga Karacelik's 4th film and 2 more features. Show less
