Dillon is a great designer who is able to produce beautiful content within strict timelines and consistently ask for and incorporate feedback into her designs. Dillon is extremely proficient in the use of Adobe products and was able to execute products for online, print and outdoor, to further the impact of GetUp’s campaigns. In particular, the Tony Abbott imagery created by Dillon was shown to have demonstrable recall in the electorate of Warringah during the 2019 federal election. In addition to design skills, Dillon demonstrated a strong commitment to collaboration with campaigners and organisers to develop the most impactful products possible. Dillon was also able to synthesise her design and digital marketing skills to lead data-driven design optimisation within the team. Dillon is a huge asset to any team!
