I have completed various asbestos air monitoring, inspection, and assessment projects. In 2014, I moved full-time into the position of Industrial Hygienist of the Industrial Hygiene Department. I have performed assessments of industrial sites, commercial facilities, residential communities, and individual residences. My duties have included mold/microbial assessments, post-hurricane environmental assessments, remediation specification design, and remediation oversight of large industrial complexes, residential communities, apartment complexes, hospitals, government buildings, office facilities, churches, schools, universities, and individual residences. I have experience conducting facility-wide, qualitative Industrial Hygiene Risk Assessments (IHRA) for a variety of industrial/manufacturing companies. I have also developed quantitative sampling strategies for industrial/manufacturing facilities, developed sound level maps to delineate high noise areas, and conducted noise monitoring in industrial and healthcare facilities, as well as environmental noise monitoring (including development of noise mitigation plans) for oil and gas drilling sites. I have done Joint Commission exposure and ventilation assessments in hospitals, hazardous waste inspections, and industrial hygiene chemical and noise exposure surveys in a variety of industrial settings. I have assisted hospitals and industrial facilities with development of a variety of compliance programs including OSHA, EPA, JCAHO, and the Department of Homeland Security. Show less
