I met Dilier in 2008. He came to the Rig as a trainee engineer. I was the Rig Manager assistant at the time, so I took the task to train Dilier. For a period of one year, we worked shifts, and he got trained in all duties related to my position. Dilier showed interest and skills for the job, and after completing his training he got promoted to Rig Manager Assistant in a another rig our company hired. Dilier is an incredible worker and after more than 10 years he had gained a huge experience in different positions on the Oil and Gas up stream industry.
