  As an Analyst I have taken active role in the project management processes of HAYMER (life) and SAGMER (health) insurance systems. With analyzing the scope of the projects, getting the requirements by contacting the customer, performing the analysis and the documentation regarding the functional requirements of the web and web service applications and reports, assisting the database team for system construction before implementation phase, initiation and preparing test cases (technical, functional, and user interface), reporting of the test results and discussing the status of bugs and change requests with the development team, assisting customers during user acceptance phase, conducting user trainings, assisting help desk team for providing third level support. Regarding the organizational changes in our department from October 2012, I am assigned as the Life and Health department unit manager. Show less
