My job at AIESEC is to maintain and establish connections with organizations and associations in order to spread the word about our organization. By doing so, I try to reach like-minded young people that want to develop their leadership skills and impact the world. Alarmcenter Roadassistance
-
Jun 2019 - Aug 2019
Due to the successful summer at the alarm center in 2018, I was asked to return during peak season. I was again made responsible for the cases regarding Eastern Europe, due to my skill in the Turkish language. I was able to work on more challenging cases that tested my stress resistance and taught me to deliver quality work in a shorter timeframe. Exchange Participant Manager

Jan 2019 - Jul 2019
AIESEC is the largest youth-run non-profit organization in the world. They organize volunteer exchanges for young people all over the world, allowing the youth to develop leadership. My job as Exchange Participant Manager was to foresee the entire process of the volunteers. From the moment they want to find out more about our organization, until their return, I was responsible for making their experience as comfortable and valuable as possible. ANWB Alarmcenter Roadassistance
-
Jun 2018 - Sep 2018
ANWB is The Netherlands' National Traveler's Association. The Alarmcenter provides both national and international road assistance to the members of ANWB. In my function, I was responsible for monitoring the vehicle breakdowns occurring in and towards Eastern Europe. I was responsible for multiple personal files from start to finish. This required me to manage numerous aspects of the assistance process at once. Furthermore, the countless of unique cases called for me to find creative solutions in stressful situations. Show less
