Mr. Dilanka is a brilliant manager who really understands how to get the best out of a team. I was fortunate enough to work with him for more than six years at Hutchison telecommunication. He was able to navigate the NOC team through the most challenging Network Merging Project during 2019 - 2022. Dilanka’s ability to manage difficult situations and pressure is a key value I appreciate all the time and he knows how to achieve business targets while maintaining a pleasant working environment for the subordinates. Dilanka is always an asset to a company not only in management but in technical aspects as well since he is one of the senior BSS engineers that the company has today.
