About the Organization: SETU Foundation situated in Noida, UP. It serves the underprivileged children for their education from class 1 to class 12 in both English and Hindi medium. About Internship: To fulfil my social responsibility, I outreached to the SETU foundation. This engagement program was 7 weeks long. Each week I performed several tasks under the supervision of the principal. Task Undertaken: 1. Teach computer basics, where familiarized the students with fundamentals of computer. Also, gave the students hands on experience on MS excel and MS PowerPoint. 2. Taught basic English and Hindi grammar to the students. 3. Conduction of preboard exams for class 10, where I managed the orchestration of examination. 4. Career group counselling session, where I provided the students with career options. 5. Recreation activities, where I planned outdoor activities in which students can play and relax. It also included Earth day celebration, Zumba dance and puzzle games. 6. Make them aware about few scientific concepts. Learning Outcome: These tasks helped the students to get a fresh new perspective towards their curriculum and the activities contributed towards their knowledge building and personality development. Also, these tasks helped me to develop appreciation toward the lifestyle and culture of underprivileged children. During my tenure of engagement, I learnt about distress areas and explored possible solutions to resolve them using the above-mentioned tasks. Show less

About Organization: CUREYA is DPIIT recognized start up, registered under 'Start-up India Scheme'. It aims improve the healthcare indicators by providing extensive personalized services in Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, Diet and mindfulness. About Internship It was a 70 hour long internship from 7-March-22 to 2-may-22 where my role was to be a key member in HR Operations and HR policy making. Methodology used understand > observe > curate > Perform. Task undertaken: There were in total 15 tasks assigned to me that covered major domain of ‘HR Policy & Process development’, ‘Learning and development’ and ‘Mapping & automation’ 1. HR Creating policy & HR process: for recruitment (tradition and campus2corporate), interview questionnaire, attendance process, tracking employee task, attract & retain talent, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) and Full-and-Final-Settlement (F&F). 2. Learning & Development: Find L&D areas, create a training Planner, create a centralised database for L&D resources, creating a video explanation for all thetasks and find unique virtual employee engagement activities 3. Mapping & automation: all the above activites had to be mapped on paper and upon finalization they were processed in MS excel. I created multiple automated ERP modules and dashboards in excel for all the above mentioned tasks. Show less
