Diksha was the project manager of the capstone project I advised in the School of Information Systems and Management Department of the Carnegie Mellon University in Fall 2020 semester. The project involved analytics and developing machine learning models on a challenging data set. Diksha is a goal-oriented individual with strong leadership and project management skills. She was involved in all aspects of the process. She was a hard-working problem solver with good communication and team management skills. She is knowledgeable about Machine Learning models and demonstrated her understanding by building predictive and forecasting models working with other team members. She also has experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI which were used extensively throughout the project to derive and visualize analytical insights.

Diksha had to work on a variety of projects during her internship at Nokia that required her to learn a lot of new tools and, work with a lot of different people across different time zones. She did a tremendous job and successfully completed all of them, and even got a Nokia achievement award for her accomplishments. She is a great team player, very eager to learn, a very quick learner and has a great can-do personality. I would love to have the opportunity to work with her again.
