Dij was an Account Manager at Programmed and responsible for managing current customers, increasing sales revenue within his portfolio and business development across the Victorian north west region. During his time at Programmed I experienced the strong, longstanding relationships he built with our customers and our field employees. He was passionate about his role at Programmed, displayed determination and enthusiasm for business development, he was successful in achieving the required targets for growth. I could always depend on Dij and he would go above and beyond my expectations. He has the greatest personality, is honest, professional and dedicated. Dij was a pleasure to manage and work alongside. When he departed Programmed it was a great loss to our team and his next employer will be lucky to have him as a part of their business.

Dij is a first rate tasks oriented worker and gets satisfaction from the delivery of a project from start to finish. He is conscientious with a personality to match; always putting the interests of others first. I could not recommend him more highly.
