A key Strength – of the Simflofy platform is integrated, cross-functional Content Service that can federate content sources, deployment models and processes and migrate from many sources to one. Working in information management regulations especially in electronic records management and governance around GDPR. There are many companies offering ECM solutions that deal with business content – unstructured data and documents, spreadsheets, emails, and multimedia elements. But there are challenges that organisations face trying to balance compliance and governance obligations with user demands for ease of use and are they lack or are missing multi-repository support. It is vital that we understand that customers' have fast-growing number of content repositories that impact the effort of migrating from existing repositories and incorporating cloud-based content into a new system. One of my favourite smart Alex statement used to be “I believe in find not search”, but it is still true and even more now so when finding corporate documents and information is so critical with regulation such as GDPR.
