Dieter has a pleasant, outgoing personality who always gets on well with others. He has a rare mixture of strong business and technical knowledge, being an effective bridge between the delivery and product teams. I saw the benefits of working with him while doing a data migration project. Dieter was able to understand the business nuances very well (he even pointed out certain data inconsistencies), while also being able to do some scripting himself in order to ensure the successful project delivery. I would say that his ability to easily bridge the business requirements with the technical implementation is his biggest strength. Dieter is also fun to work with.
