I had the pleasure to work with Dieter during his time as a training provider to the KAEFER Group. I experienced Dieter's work both as a participant in the training program and subsequently as a leader and facilitator of the training program. In both roles, I was very happy with the services provided by Dieter. He is attentive to the needs of the participants and does his best to help and support in the most timely fashion possible. In working with him to grow and improve the program, I found him to be very good at facilitating the discussions of the expert group and focussing our ideas into implementable solutions. Also, on a personal level, he was very engaging and a lot of fun during social events surrounding our meetings. This certainly helped bring a diverse group together and also translated into better results during the business activities. I would be happy to recommend Dieter's work to any prospective clients.

Dieter is a very reliable business partner - he has a lot of experiences in preparation of Project Management Trainings and has support me in order to define a Project Management Training concept and setup a training curriculum. With his support I could identify the right Trainer for my company need. I clearly recommend Dieter and would anytime work with him again. best regards, matthias liebig
