Dierk verving mij als financieel manager bij Flexicura en ik heb hem met veel plezier mogen inwerken. Zijn wil om het vlot in de vingers te krijgen bespoedigde de kennisoverdracht. De functie van financieel manager is complex en veelomvattend binnen de zorgverleningssector. Het beheren en controleren van grote financieringsstromen en de rapportages hieromtrent vereist veel vakkennis en doorzettingsvermogen. De boekhoudkundige afdeling runnen ging hem gemakkelijk af en de werkzaamheden kreeg hij snel inzichtelijk. De financiële administratie is bij hem in goede handen en het leiding geven en herverdelen van werk lijkt als vanzelf te gaan. Ik trok de deur met een gerust hart achter mij dicht want Flexicura heeft dé aangewezen persoon gevonden voor deze functie.

Due to an assignment for the Dutch government as senior financial specialists at the belastingdienst Utrecht I got to work with Dierk as we worked for the leading team within the department we worked for. Dierk's knowledge about energizing and motivating the team was exciting to experience. He did the job in a accurate and precise way with a great sense of humor. He was supporting towards his collegues and always focussed and hands on to the job. All courses and internal studies were successfully completed as to improve the quality for all specialised assignments the organization entrusted him. His thorough knowledge about most matters presented and determined attitude in resolving the most complicated dossiers made him of great value to the entire organization. It was a pleasure to work with him and I will be looking forward to work with him again soon.
