  I founded CHIODELLI ARTE in 2015 to relaunch in a modern approach after more than centenary of the family tradition of furniture making which was founded in 1911 in Venice by my great-grandfather, Giacomo Bussandri. Commendatore Bussandri contributed to making Venetian art furniture cluster, that became known and renowned throughout the world. My varied experiences in multinational contexts have helped me to grow CHIODELLI ARTE as a solid, credible and well capitalized company, while satisfying my own mission and desire to enhance the cultural and artistic roots of my family. An important milestone was the identification and launch of the new production site in Fonte, Treviso district, and the co-ordination for an ecological transition that allowed the company to achieve energy self-sufficiency. Another exciting and strategic step was the creation of a network of companies called ITALIAN INTERIORS GROUPS which strengthened the diversification of skills of CHIODELLI ARTE into new markets, with the offer of a high-end range with ‘Made in Italy’ as a fundamental signature. Obtainedstakeholders sign off on laid out treatment. Coordinated accounting across Italian platforms.Organized and executed the first all-in-house SOX 404 certification with the rest of the Interbanca’s functions.Established a new Capital Italy controllership organization, coordinated strong communication rhythm & provided support on a wide range of topics (e.g. EF Termination, 4XX reconciliation, consolidated reporting…).Reorganized Interbanca IFRS & US GAAP close process (including non-finance functions).Strengthened assessment rigor & reporting alignment of Cap Ita Acc Rec. Focused on the team’s development and training through daily sessions covering technical skills (accounting, FX, I/CO) personal productivity (Excel, Oracle, Outlook) and GE tools (Web Cash, IBS, Folders).Supported technical controller and local resources on DAY-1 PA. Designed the tools to facilitate DAY-2 accounting. Guided CAS resources execution to implement them and to document the relevant information. Leveraged the tracker to close year-end.   Joined GE Capital Commercial Finance UK, a leading, independent, structured finance provider with a wide range of financial solutions including Invoice Finance, Asset Based Lending and cash flow loans ($2.5bn assets).Led a team of 12 people. The emphasis on key controllership cycles: close & reporting for GE consolidate (ensuring timely & smooth reporting & high quality B/S reviews), statutory accounts (reducing the process time by 1 month compared to the previous year – BFUK was the only CFSE platform to meet GE submission deadline: 31st May) & SOX 404 (driving timely remediation for the identified deficiencies).Cleared all the historical open / pending items, reinforced the processes and the team ownership. The platform is operating since JUN-09 with minimal oversight requirements.Coordinated controllership integration of the 'Five Arrows' acquisition ($0.5BN assets). The deliverables included (A) completion accounts & legacy general ledger consolidation, (B) finance processes merge & purchase accounting, (C) systems migration & interfaces reconciliation.   Joined the Corporate Audit Staff, a GE audit and leadership program designed to expose high potential employees to intensive on-the-job development in the different businesses within GE, providing valuable hands-on experience.• The first two years were spent as auditor in 6 assignments across Europe and the United States. The audits covered the key accounting cycles in industrial and financial service businesses (revenue recognition, inventory, reserve, pension, initial cost and fee) and control assessment (SOX 404);• The last year was spent as audit manager in 3 assignments:=> 1° assignment was in Healthcare Central and South East Asia managing a team of 6. Focus was around compliance; => 2° assignment was in Consumer Finance Mexico managing a team of 6. Focus was around enhancing the U/W policies by assessing the statistical impact & correlation of U/W requirements & loan performance. In addition the seasonal drivers of a spike in delinquency were isolated & explained;=> 3° assignment was in Lease HQ US managing a team of 7.
